Recorded during Richard Thompson's February 2010 American tour, 'Dream Attic' is a live album with a difference - the songs featured are all previously unheard. Written in a short period of time, Thompson felt the songs would sound best with the energy and unpredictability of a live show. The former Fairport Convention guitarist is on fine form, his guitar riffs and solos oozing quality and attitude, while his vocals are also superbly executed, particularly on the captivating 'Big Sun Falling In The River'.
