Description
Sizzla's touch down in Gambia for his first live performances on African soil saw scenes reminiscent of previous African visits by Bob Marley and James Brown, with packed out stadium shows and hi-profile meetings with government dignities. During this historic visit Sizzla's meditations inspired him to enter the Gambian studios and record ‘In Gambia', a full album embracing overstanding between Africans and African's in the Diaspora. With tracks like ‘Black Man Rise', ‘Woman Of Creation' & ‘Feed The Children'. ‘In Gambia' is one of Sizzla's strongest cultural testaments yet, with striking cover art by Nesta Garrick. ‘In Gambia' looks set to stand out amongst this year's reggae releases in the quality of both its sound and vision.
