Kickbox Surge & Core Training
A new kickbox workout from Amy Bento with five Kickbox combos interspersed with five heart pumping surges. The surges are kickbox athletic-style drills that make the workout even more of a challenge. A modifier is provided for most of the higher impact moves and kickbox combos. The kickbox combos are filled with kicks and punches of varying tempo and then Amy will cool you down properly before you refine your core. You will need a 6 to 8 pound medicine ball to properly train the muscles of the mid body resulting in a stronger and refined core. Finally, a stretch will restore your muscles for the next workout. The DVD has multiple options and pre-mixes for different lengths of workouts to achieve optimal fitness results.
