Bliss Wood, M.Msc, LMT, is the founder of CHANTDANCE(™), a wellness practice based on the techniques of yoga, dance and kirtan. She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist as well as a published singer/songwriter. Her holistic approach to health and wellness, coupled with her diverse artistic background brings a uniquely personal experience to those who participate in her classes and workshops. Bliss has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 20 years and loves sharing this fun and healing art. 'Creativity isn't something just for the artists and songwriters of the world.
