Blondes Pass Out
With members originating from both New York and Florida, Blondes Pass Out (Adam Miller, Alex Rivas, Judah Charytan, Jessica Taffet, and Mike Vedric) is an homage to American music making. Having met at Boston's Berklee College of Music, these indie balladeers hum along the intersection of plaintive soul and raucous performance. With musicians ranging in age from seventeen to twenty-three, Blondes Pass Out embodies this generation's tasteful melodicism, without the emo angst or pop overkill. Their eponymous six song debut EP is pleasantly understated, and is merely a taste of the group's expansive energy at each of it's live performances. With hooks that beg a second listen, the album is a convincing and poignant entry into the East Coast music scene. Check out iTunes for free podcasts of the band live in Philadelphia!
