Dan Greenaway is a young English singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist from Worcester England whose live performances and recordings are regularly featured on the BBC, Fox News TV and Austin's KGSR Radio. Paleface Sessions inevitably draws comparisons with the works of John Mayer, Newton Faulkner and James Blunt. This collection of beautifully crafted songs, drenched with insightful lyrics that lurk deep beneath the soaring pop melodies, features stunning acoustic guitar and vocal performances accompanied by melodic bass lines and pulsating drums. The album was produced by Rob Kendrick, former guitarist of both the English rock band Trapeze and it's Welsh counterpart Budgie. Since his invitation to Willie Nelson's 75th birthday celebrations, Dan has been on tour with Willie's daughter Paula Nelson. This new collection of songs was recorded at Paleface Sound Studio in Austin Texas during breaks in the tour. The BBC regularly broadcasts transatlantic phone interviews with Dan and Paula from her tour bus, a recent birthday gift from her father. Amazingly, Dan Greenaway has now made his fifth appearance on the Fox News TV network. He has also performed at sold-out shows in the United States with comedian Ron "Tater Salad" White, award winning guitarist Monte Montgomery and Texas Country Music legend Rusty Weir. Paleface Sessions should take pride of place in the collection of every serious music lover.
