And Now We Dance
In the spring of 2008 Aaron Taylor and Sean Richardson, lifetime friends, had a jam session in Sean's basement. After numerous loud, sweats sessions songs began to form as well as obvious musical chemistry and they decided to form what is now known as The Dead Records. After writing nearly all the songs that are on their debut CD, 'And Now We Dance,' throughout the basement jam sessions they decided to add a bassist. Luckily they did not have to look far as one of their other friends from high school, named Will Magley, was a talented bassist. It only took a few of these, 'basement sessions' to realize that Will was a good fit and only added to the energy of the songs that Aaron and Sean had written. Moving quickly Will, Aaron, and Sean worked tirelessly in a studio in Fort Wayne to get their eleven brand new songs on to a CD. The Dead Records take pride in the amount of energy that they posses onstage and the way they translated that onto their recording. The Dead Records continue to play music for no other reason other than to get their music into the ears of as many people as possible. They want their music to be just as influential to younger generations as so many band have been to them.
