Break-Up at the Movies
The Dream Intended is comprised of six musicians from the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Cheech Piskor holds down the lead vocal duties. Brandon Ploskina carries all of the back up vocals as well as solid rhythm guitar work. Jake Colavincenzo and Jeff Worrall also play guitar in the band adding layered harmonies and solos to the mix. Jon Willard, and B.J. Treusch round out the rhythm section with drums and bass respectively. The Dream Intended play all original pop-rock tunes with an insatiable groove. The band has been packing and selling out venues, big and small, in and around the Pittsburgh area as well as Ohio and New Jersey since the start of 2006. With more then 300,000 visits to their web site, a loyal following and a superfly-dynamite stage show, The Dream Intended always leave audiences slightly devastated and wholly delighted. In September of 2008, The Dream Intended released their first full length album, entitled "Break-Up At The Movies". This fall they will be featured on LBM Musiczine's fall compilation CD. This disc will be distributed for free in every Hot Topic clothing store nationwide. The compilation also features Motion City Soundtrack, Ra Ra Riot and other various artists from Epitaph Records, Tooth and Nail Records, and Solid State Records. In mid-October, TDI is traveling to Long Island, NY to record with producer Anthony Santo at Killingsworth Studios.
