Dreaming on Empty
Drew Jumpp didn't have much choice but to love music. When he came home from the hospital, after his birth, his Dad laid him on the floor in the middle of the living room and turned on the surround sound. Drew hummed in tune with the television at six months old, and la-de-daahed all the way through Twinkle Twinkle Little Star before he could talk. Drew started singing in church at four years of age and began voice lessons at five. He sang with the Jacksonville Children's Choir. Drew started taking drum lessons at 11, and started playing the drums in church at 13. At 15 he took up the guitar and started composing. At 18 he released his first CD, "Revolution" and became the praise and worship leader in his home church. Soon after that he formed a band with some of his close friends, and started work on his latest CD, "Dreaming on Empty". Drew is happiest when playing his guitar and writing songs in the wee hours of the morning.
