Moving on from the trip hop influenced debut album, Earthphish now enters the pop arena with their self-titled EP. The four new songs have a less gloomy mood than the previous album, but the core sound is still a mixture of sweetness and darkness, while at the same time moving through a wide range of emotions and flavors. There are mysterious soundscapes and some intense guitars so that together with the melancholic melodies by a warm innocent voice, Earthphish creates their own style. Singer and choreographer Aleksandra Mirjana Crossan and composer Donovan John Szypura know exactly how to use dramaturgy in their work. This work also involves creation of contemporary dance pieces performed by the award-winning dance company "Earthphish Dance". The last dance production was inspired by "The Elephant Man", a film directed by David Lynch. Earthphish is a living arena for music and dance, a unique symbiosis.
