Shubian's Rift - O.S.T.
FREE TRACK - 'The Journeyman' is currently available. Ellsworth Hall composed the sweeping and dynamic orchestral score (with the vibrant sounds of the Czech Philharmonic courtesy of Miroslav Vitous) for the Joseph M. Dwyer directed science fiction epic SHUBIAN'S RIFT. Hall earned a Certificate of Piano Study and Theory from the John M.E. Hasslinger Studio as well as a Visual and Performing Arts degree from the University of Maryland. He is now, in addition to being a video/filmmaker, an accomplished composer who has created original music scores for clients as diverse as Johns Hopkins Hospital, Princeton University, Cisco Systems and cult movie star Conrad Brooks. The story is set in the year 2126. Captain Sid Shubian and the crew of the Earth Exploratory vessel Journeyman travel through a wormhole to another civilization that is on the brink of interstellar war. What Shubian finds is a web of lies and deception along with a mystery on a multi-solar system scale. Exposed adgendas and motives mask a hidden truth involving not only this alien civilization, but Earth itself. If Shubian is not careful in his actions, he may well involve Earth in this war and get the Journeyman destroyed in the process. The production boasts a stellar cast recruited mainly from past and present members of the Newnan Theatre Company including Tom Grandpre, Dale Lyles, Caroline Carr, and Stan Gentry. The amazing visual effects were created by Casey Curtis and the production design by Robert Brun.
