It's a Changing World
I want to thank my Lord and Savior for all He has done for me. Without Him, I could do nothing. He deserves all of the praises and honor. Thanks to my wife, Irma, for understanding that it takes a lot of long hours to complete a project. This CD is dedicated to my mother, 97 years young, and my mother-in-law, 90½ years young, and my late brother, Reverend Major Chambers. He and I wrote the title track song of this CD, "It's A Changing World," in honor of him. Thanks to Bro. John Dantzler for his talent and ability in arranging my songs to where other musicians could play them, and to Wesley King, Charles, Kirkwood, Russell, Peanut, and my sons Chris and Kelvin - all you guys are the greatest. These songs were given to me by the Lord in the late 60's, but I could not use them then because I was doing a different kind of music with my brothers; but when I started singing for the Lord, I realized why He had given them to me. I want to thank all radio announcers and DJ's for playing my music. I tried to get a recording contract with a few major labels, but was unable to do so. God gave me the means and the idea to purchase equipment, and I started my own company (Pop's Recording Company) and will gladly record any gospel group, soloist, or preacher who are faced with the same problem I had. God Bless.
