A message from Greg regarding Remembrance: 'I wrote this song for the upcoming 9-11 anniversary. It's my musical tribute to those who perished on that day. My hope is that this music in some way captures the sense of loss and sadness that the world experienced, yet conveys a sense of peace, comfort and hope for a better future.' About the Artist: Greg knew from an early age that he would be pursuing music professionally. Initially starting on the clarinet, he began playing saxophone in high school and later attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where he became very involved in composition, arranging and performance. His love of improvisation led him to a stint with Down Beat magazine where he transcribed and annotated numerous solos for their Ad Lib column. He has played with many great performers/musicians such as The Four Tops, Phoebe Snow, Jimmy Buffet, Will Lee, Steve Kahn and others. Currently residing in the New York area, he is actively involved in writing, arranging and recording music. Listener Comments: 'Outstanding!! Congratulations on a very fine composition.' - R.
