Heartbound Bio Lori Hales, Me'Chel Musgrave and Debbie Bastian comprise Heartbound, a musical trio, that has a sound uniquely reminiscent of the famous Andrews Sisters of the 1940s. Their well matched vibratos and harmonies have delighted audiences throughout the United States. Heartbound has performed literally coast-to-coast across America. Critical acclaim for the group includes raves from Good Things Utah-Channel 4, Fox Morning Show-Channel 13, KOSY Radio, Fred Ball of KSL, American Mothers Inc., and many newspapers. This exciting trio has also combined their talents and recorded with such greats as internationally renowned pianist, Marvin Goldstein. The group writes their own lyrics and composes their own music bringing their unique brand of joy, peace and hope to their audiences numbering in the tens of thousands. They originally began writing soft pop, but have expanded their style to include blues, a little gospel, and lately motivational works, producing 8 CD's and 2 Songbooks. They have been singing together for more than 20 years. As best friends they found that singing together consumes fewer calories than going to lunch regularly. Between them they have been married for 86 years, have mothered 13 children, 5 adorable grandchildren and enjoy the support of their terrific families. Like you, they live in the real world. Their latest project, 'Chasing Dreams,' is an upbeat, feel-good CD of hope and celebration. It features new renditions of familiar songs such as 'What a Wonderful World,' 'I Hope You Dance,' 'I'm Alright,' and 'Anyway' as well as six original songs written and performed by Heartbound.
