Things Seen & Unseen
Northwest folk artist Ian Byington plays the kind of songs that people tend to sing along with. His early roots included learning guitar during the civil rights movement, learning folk music during the folk movement, and learning that the words matter. After years of singing in coffeehouses, taverns, and at rallies in New Orleans and in Oregon, Ian moved to the San Juan Islands of Washington State in the USA to settle down & raise his little family. He performs along the Pacific Coast between California and Canada, and occasionally in Alabama and Tennessee if something opens up there.
