If there ever was a proper title for a Chuck Berry greatest hits compilation, ICON is it, for he is certainly one. An original member of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Chuck virtually invented the musical and verbal language of the music in a classic series of 50s and 60s recordings for Chess Records, the core of which are presented on this new collection.
