Since 2005 the members of Inocula have been fusing elements of metalcore, progressive rock, melodic death metal, and electronica into a seething live performance of intensity and emotion. Their journey has not been easy, as they have lost two singers and two drummers along the way, but hard as it was Inocula did not dissolve and the four original members, Chris "Browneye" Brown (guitar), Dan Massey (guitar), Paul Petrosyan (bass), and Tyler Etters (keys), faced these challenges and overcame them. The current line up which includes the above mentioned members was completed with Aaron Krause (drums) and AJ Sugg (vocals); as soon as the final line up was determined the band took a seven month break from playing shows to write their first full length album. The album, Suntelia Aeon, is a manifesto for the end of an age. Produced by Cory Smoot (Flattus Maximus of GWAR) at Karma Studios (Midlothian, VA), the CD calls upon all three years of material and musicianship the band has developed. "Suntelia Aeon" was released May 23rd at their comeback show where they played with Gwar and Gil Mantera's Party Dream. The band will begin extensive touring this summer; with Green Jelly, Mensrea, and Mobile Deathcamp.
