Raised in a family of 10, all musically and artistically inclined, she was encouraged by her parents to pursue her music and art. At the age of 7yrs she started playing piano and singing in church, many times ministering through song before her father preached his message. At the age of 12 she began teaching and directing children, youth and adult choirs. Jackie was called to the ministry of music at a very young age, singing in many groups and solos from California to Kentucky, Texas, Alaska, and Germany. Jackie has traveled worldwide ministering with ACOP ministries to countries such as Rome, Hawaii and this year, 2008, Egypt. Her dynamic ministry is still reaching souls like never before! She's recorded and performed original songs in numerous Gospel Concerts, retreats, galas and conventions throughout the United States and abroad, touching many lives from young to old with her vocal and musical versatility. In the past 20 years God has opened the doors for her to teach vocal techniques and beginning piano. Her passion for teaching in this area, including praise and worship has been rewarding. In the early 90's Jackie was the Assistant Minister of Music at one of the fastest growing churches in central California, Cornerstone Church of Fresno where Jim and Cyndi Franklin are Pastors. Jackie was also the Music Director and Praise and Worship leader at The Vineyard Worship Center in Fowler where Rod Haro is Pastor. She was also the Worship Leader and Music Director of the Word of Faith Community Church in Fresno where J.R. Coleman is Pastor. In 1998 Jackie's vocal abilities awed the judges when she participated in the Christian Artist Seminar in the Rockies of Colorado where she entered competitions and was voted top female vocalist in the solo category. And third place in the duet category with her husband Keith. Jackie has been blessed with many talents besides music. She enjoys art and her desire is to use art as another venue to minister the gospel. She has a family of three children and four grandchildren. She is married to Keith Kelley. Her greatest desire is to love God with all of her heart and serve in ministry, ushering people into the presence of God and ministering.
