Almost Completely Happy
Quiet, clever, and sarcastic. Jerin Falkner is a 23-year-old folk-rock singer with a passion for songwriting. Her talent and calm charisma have struck a chord with people all over the Northwest, and she is most often compared to Jewel and Fiona Apple. After releasing her first, self-titled demo in 2002, Jerin recorded a solo-acoustic EP (Alive) in the summer of 2004. Currently, she is preparing to release her first fully produced album, Almost Completely Happy, in the fall of 2006. Jerin has been fortunate enough to share the stage with performers such as Alice Stewart, Summer Mayne, Late Tuesday, Susan Robkin and Sittser. She has been influenced by musicians such as Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Jason Mraz, Damien Rice, the Beatles, Diana Krall, David Gray, and Counting Crows.
