John Murray is one of the finest guitarists and songwriters to come out of Vancouver. He played lead guitar for the seminal 60's band 'Papa Bear's Medicine Show.' In 1972, John joined 'The Poppy Family' to fulfill the same role. He also played lead guitar on 'Seasons In The Sun,' with Terry Jacks. This was one of the most successful single records in the history of Canadian music. In the late 1970's, John embarked on a solo career. In 2002, he began his current job, entertaining audiences on cruise ships. On John's album 'Midnight Walk', please listen to some of his fine original compositions played in his own inimitable style!
