This electrifying three piece trio of Mathew Nelson ,Kevin Taylor and Arisa Murayama has come together to create a grene of music know as 'Street Rock'.Some where between metal and punk lies a shallow grave called Hell. This album has it all, crunchie metal tracks from 'Black' to fast paced Southern California punk in 'The Bloods Dripping'. Juvenile Assassins was formed in 2005 by Mathew Nelson, singer, guitarist who recuited former bassist Chris Tunner. The two play everywhere to get attention, outside Safeway, liquor stores. Mind you it was with the help of a drum machine. They soon recuited Arisa Murayama, a tough little Japanese girl. The fact that she was a girl didn't make a difference just as long as she could handle her own. After a year and a half Chris Turnner left the band to find his way in life, that made the way for new bassist Kevin Taylor to join the crue.Taylor who is majoring in film studies shot both videos 'Woman Abuser' and 'Shizmic'. After 20 or so shows since coming on board the three have put together a solid album. With all the talent out there, Nelson has put together his own record label, Juvenile Records.'Right now this seems to be the way to go.Mind you all the funding comes from my own pocket,so our budget is very tight.'says Nelson His first CD was a solo project he did called 'Mathew Christ' which is also avalible online. The three of them know you'll love this album. If you hate it, that's ok too.Either way, you'll be taking some pain killers and gravol after listening to it. REVIEW Tuesday, September 09, 2008 juvenile assassins f.s.m.k. Category: Music juvenile assassins album f.s.m.k. focuses on major political and personal issues such as religion,homophobia/trangenderphobia,and mental and physical abuse, never have i had a review where it was so personal to me since I've been through some of these issues in everyday life throughout life, they are a metalcore band sounding like old 90s hardcore with the likes of still standing (Tampa Florida),life of agony, and vision of disorder, this album really hit home and these kids obviously all grew up with the same issues i did so we both relate,if u want an open mind to things then check out this record and be prepared for what it has to offer,12 songs of realism and facts about real life www.myspace.com/juvenileassassinsfsmk punk rock beth www.myspace.com/punkofallforms.
