Favor of God
Kevin B. Edwards I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalm 34:1 While you may have heard a lot of Gospel Music before, Kevin's style and technique is embedded in a special anointing. He is a living testament of his music. He loves God, and gives all Glory to him for allowing the promise to come to fruition. As a young man growing up in Vernon, Florida he had the opportunity to sing in his local church choir at the Church of God by Faith, and minister in the West Florida Recording Choir. While in the West Florida Recording Choir, he was allotted the opportunity to perform on the Bobby Jones Gospel Showcase Taping. He relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1994 and joined the Powerhouse of Deliverance COGIC, and while there he served in the Voices of Power. VOP allowed him the privilege of performing at the Gospel Music Workshop of America singing duet with Pastor Murphy J. Pace, on the title cut 'Didn't I Tell Ya'. He also sang back up in the mass choir for La Shun Pace's CD recording 'A Wealthy Place'. Kevin has been given a taste of Musical Comedy plays. Kevin has ministered on stage with many Gospel greats such as Byron Cage, Dorothy Norwood, William Becton, Shirley Caesar, Bobby Jones, Isaac Carree, and Michael Bolton. In 2001 Kevin released his first musical composition "Lord You Kept Your Promise", and in 2006 he released his 2nd project "The Favor Of God".
