Born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, she sang her first solo at Community Baptist Church. LaMarche continued to sing in church, school and Baptist conventions as she continued to mature. She was a member of the Hampton Institute College Choir where she also received her Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders. Aside from her 'God given' music ministry, LaMarche is a Special Education Teacher. Currently she is an active member and Choir Director for the Emmanuel Temple CME Church music department, under the guidance and bible teachings of Rev. Dr. James E. Markham. LaMarche's professional and semi-professional singing includes performances as a background choral singer for Barry Manilow's, 'One Voice' Concert at the Hampton Coliseum in Virginia. LaMarche also sang background vocals for recordings by Karen Mitchell on her 'Build an Ark' album, and Dansby Sturdivant, II, 'It's All About Him. On February 15, 2002 LaMarche performed her first live-recorded gospel concert entitled "Coming Out of the Wilderness", which is the title of her CD that was released on May 12, 2006 at Emmanuel Temple CME Church. In 2002 she was one of the opening line-up singers for Beverly Crawford's gospel concert at University of Redlands. She also ministered in concert at the Victor Valley College Performing Arts Center, which was sponsored by Shekinah Ministries. LaMarche remains humble as she focuses on pursuing God's purpose in her life, and continues to use her gifts to glorify God. Her heart is truly ready to sing, praises and rejoice before the Lord. Her desire through this ministry is that souls would be saved and lives be changed. She has determined that she is 'Coming Out of the Wilderness' for Jesus Christ, and stepping into the land that God has promised her.
