Everywhere to Go Folk By Foulke 2
All of the songs on Everywhere To Go, Folk by Foulke volume II were written and performed by Leah Lawrence, recorded and mixed by Dan Stein at King Kuts in Brooklyn, N.Y., mastered by Scott Hull at Scott Hull Mastering in Manhattan, and Art Design by Phyllis Dooney in Manhattan. Five of the eleven tracks include musical collaboration with family and friends, Wendy Foulke, Bill Foulke, Megan Carraher, Pete Thompson, Heather Hollingsworth, Jennifer Meyers, and Dan Stein, including a song Lawrence scribbled in her journal while sitting in a coffee shop in post-Katrina New Orleans. A sign that hung on the wall inspired the song\'s title, \'Be Nice or Leave\'. Lawrence is a believer in signs-the literal and the figurative -- and feels that if one listens to them, as she did while making this album, \'the work does itself for you.\'
