He has also been an important member of the award winning, legendary musical genius Allen Toussaint Orchestra. Amadee has recorded with such legendary artists as Dr. John (Grammy award winning 'Going Back to New Orleans'), Robbie Robertson ('Storyville'), Lee Dorsey ('Night People'), and Neville Bros. ('Fire on the Bayou') to name just a few. From Etta James to Idris Mohammed, Fats Domino, and Albert King all have loved his sultry soulful saxophone. Lesley Ann Smith is a world-class ventriloquist an acclaimed singer, songwriter, performing artist, speaker and workshop leader. She uses the gift of comedy, performance and music to uplift, inspire and delight audiences of every age, background and demographic. She ha toured the United States and internationally as a New England Foundation for the Arts Touring Artist with award winning performing arts programs for children and adults in schools and concert halls. She has been a guest soloist or key note presenter at a variety of venues including the New England Folk Festival, NH Public Broadcasting System Music Series, National Association of Educational Office Professionals, National Association of Middle Schools, National and Eastern Regional Puppetry Conferences and at performance centers across the United States from Boston to Nashville to Vacaville CA, and to Ireland, England and back again. She began her career in theater and toured professionally as a lead vocalist and bass player in well known New England string sing, jazz, blue grass and pop bands including Second Hand Rose and the Planets. Her passion is raising the consciousness of the planet by inspiring love and joy through entertainment everyone can understand and enjoy. To that end she co-founded Gratitude Music in Durham NH where she lives with her husband Mark Abramczyk and where they helped raise three boys, Rowan, Trey and Sterling, and a dog. Lesley and Mark have also turned their creative talents and attention to helping children and their families understand global issues on climate change and social competency by creating the television and web series 'Sammy's World' staring Sammy Snail and friends. They work with a dedicated group of individuals and organizations whom are committed to aiding the world's children, in understanding and coping with the impact of climate change.
