Dream Come True
Napa Valley Resident Lorene Willeford wrote her first song at a young age and has continued to love music and writing ever since. In 1978 Lorene received a Certificat of Merit from the American Song Festival in Los Angeles for her song, 'Once I Love A Man.' In this collection, Lorene, a member of the California Songwriter's Association, gives us all a chance to enjoy more of her wonderful creativity. From 'Lupiejoma,' a beautiful song about an Indian legend, to the toe-tapping Cajun tune, 'Down In The Bayou,' Lorenes's music has something for everyone. Truckers will appreciate 'On The White Line.' Fans of Texas Swing will appreciate such gems as 'Two-Timing Heart' and 'I Have No Right To Love You.' Though she has written hundreds of songs over the years, this is Lorene Willeford's first CD, something she has always wanted to do. At 86-years-young, this is truly her 'Dream Come True.'
