The Autobiography of Paper Boy Paper Boy is an Artist from St. Paul, MN. He's a 22 year old rapper and Part owner with his best friend and Business Partner Amar Lowe. Label F.I.E. Family Infilliated Entertainment has been up and running since 2000. Paper Boy say's music has always been a big part of his life. He grew up listening to all kinds of music; Rap, R&B, Soul, Jazz and Blues. His first inspiration was his brother Juan. Juan use to write raps all the time, he had a book full of lyrics. Paper Boy remembers a time when Juan use to throw raps away. So he use to get them out the trash and rap them to friends, they thought he wrote them. Paper Boy began writing his own songs coming up with the concepts and started recording at a young age. It started out as a hobby rapping over other artist instrumentals on a karaoke in his home boy's garage. In the 6th grade his teacher Mr. Bruno helped Paper design a cover for the album, Paper Boy and his two friends was trying to sell a CD. They went around school told students that they had a CD coming out and collected five dollars. The CD was never released the album was titled "Deadly and Dangerous". His influences was Getto Boy's, UGK, Eight Ball and MJG, Spice 1, Second To None, Snoop Tupac, Biggie to name a few. F.I.E The label Family Infilliated Entertainment started in 2000. In the 9th grade; with Paper Boy, Yak, Mac and Rod doll. At the time Rod dolla and Paper Boy was the only two artists. Rod dolla was a friend of Mac. When Paper met Rod dolla he was already into music. He had written few songs and made beats on a keyboard his father bought him. That was when the two started working their first album. Then Rod had to leave town do to an emergency with his mother they never heard from him again. On that day Paper decided that music is what he wanted to do. That's when Yak started making beats. The first full song Paper wrote alone was "Meditation" where he recorded in Cool's basement studio and every song there after. As time went on the flow's got better and better. In 2003 He met an older guy name D' down the street from him that was involved in music to. Paper asked him what he was doing with his music he replied nothing so Paper ask D' to join the label. Shortly after that Paper, D' and a child hood friend Joseph, Who'd, had moved back from Chicago all went to record "Meditation" remix which was a hit. A month later Member D' left for personal reasons. Then Joseph and Paper just kept writing. If this was enough there was another devastating blow for the group in August 2005. ; A tragedy that almost ended the career of Paper Boy a ruptured appendix. Few months of recovery was a blessing and motivated Paper not to give up. In 2006 Ty and Raski brothers who moved from Chicago they joined the label, later to form a group "M.V.H.". The name came about from CEO Yak from what they did back in the day. "M.V.H. recorded their first song together "Send da block up." Shortly there after Joseph left and Swift joined. He was a friend that he met thru his cousin Darnell. They kept on working on the album they came up with 17 songs but was never released because the group wasn't focused. So Paper decided to do a solo album he was tired of all the set backs. In August 2007 he had his 1st son which helps motivate him to grind harder. He realized that it wasn't just him now; he has Paper Boy Jr the Squeal. So no more depending on other's he had to do it alone in 2008 so if he wanted something done he knew what he had to do. Paper hooked up with Zach a Producer from Bloomington, MN. When they first met Paper fell in love with his beats because they had the same style. He says the beats help bring out the best in him. He is in the studio now working on his solo album which will be dropping soon. The Movement The Nasty North Movement started in Minnesota.
