BIO INFORMATION Named Percy Byrm Scott, and is an arranger, composer, and pianist from Magnolia, Mississippi. Date of birth August 24, 1952, sign Virgo. Is a member of the Federation Local 6, Musician's Union of San Francisco, California, ASCAP, and the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. Has extensive experience in writing music scores, television themes, along with music for commercials. Has a B.S. Degree in Music Education from the Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi and also has acquired a four year diploma in Jazz Arrangement and Composition from The Berklee College of Music, Boston, Massachusetts. Percy has made arrangements and compositions for varied engagements such as marching bands, studio work, record recordings, concert bands, Big Jazz Orchestras, Jazz Rock, Pop Music, and Church Music. Had the pleasure of working with such artists as Milt Jackson, George Duke, Bobby Bryant, Les McCann, Teddy Edward, Joe Henderson, John Handy, David Hardiman Big Band, Jules Broussard, Keith Washington, Chaka Kahn, and presently the pianist for the Whispers.
