Union Street Sessions
Pete Richard, has been writing and playing music for over 14 years. And he's 26. Ever since his current project began, Pete has been playing his ass off to audiences all over the country. His loyal fan base is growing daily, due largely to the light hearted, fun vibe of the live experience. Pete's music has been described as "atmospheric," "dramatic," "and honest." More recently, folks have been saying that Pete's sound reminds them of Neil Young, Jack Johnson, and Nick Drake. Pete's unique vocal styling blend seemlessly with his melodic guitar sounds. His influences reach far and wide, as Pete was fortunate enough to grow up in a musical household. He's played a little of everything, including punk, metal, blue grass, jazz, funk, and swing. While Pete was all over the 'music map' he has always had a love for writing, singing, and playing acoustic songs. In February 2007, Pete released his first full-length studio album, 'Union Street Sessions.' The project was recorded at his studio, The Sanctuary, in Lawrence, MA, and documented by good friend, Joe Streeter. You'll have to move under a rock to avoid Pete's presence in the music world.... Stay tuned........
