PokerFace ....is a politically driven rock band with a national following. This 4 piece unit has set forth to educate as well as entertain. Hailing from Allentown, Pa., Paul Topete, Dennis Beidler, Seth Chuck & Richie Valentine mix a variety of musical styles ranging from the melodic classic rock groove (Boston, Pink Floyd) to the power driven modern rock feel (Alice in Chains, Days of the New). They show great versatility through the use of thick harmonies atop various instrumentations. With this, their 3rd disc, Poker Face proves that they are capable of luring the mainstream while staying eclectic enough to not be just another Face in the crowd. Add in the fact that they have national support from various organizations such as the Free Republic, and global exposure on the internet where they have been spotlighted as band of the month on several sites, and it is no wonder why this band's recognition has been growing in leaps & bounds.
