This album was recorded in 2001 as a project called 'Fiddlestix' that played at Epcot Centre in Disneyworld Florida. The band toured extensively throughout Florida as well performing at adult retirement parks. This album features Joe Hertz, Scott Duncan, Ryan Clare, Ophelie LaRoche, Sheldon Valleau, and Jason Valleau. The music on this album is primarily fiddle based including Bluegrass, Celtic, and other fiddle standards. It contains the original recording 'Queen of the Honeybees' that was rerecorded on the 'Ka Chunk' album. It also contains a popular song the 'Orange Blossom Special' and in this piece snipits of famous Disney songs were intermingled and put into a medley. Many fiddle fans have enjoyed this album. It should also be noted that this album was recorded in it's entirety in a church in Olds, Alberta Canada. It is an older method of recording where various mics were set up in a room and the recording is mostly 'live off the floor'. There are moments in the album where you can hear Joe's new born baby (Ella) letting out joyful baby sounds in the background.
