Based in the red rock canyons of Moab, Utah, Retroglyph features five extremely creative and talented musicians. While most of the members play in a variety of bands, they come together as Retroglyph a few times each year to unleash a hurricane of live energy on stage at festivals and special events. Retroglyph features smokin' saxophone solos by Johnny B, monster bass grooves by Sean Peterson, the solid and creative drumming of Ed Stone, jazz infused guitar licks by Dave Steward, and funky guitar rhythms & vocals by Ted Draper. Whether you love funk, rock, blues, or jazz, Retroglyph will open your ears to a whole new realm of original music. This CD was recorded live at the "Hurricane Jam Benefit Concert" for Katrina victims in October of 2005. It captures the energy, spirit, and creative improvisation of this amazing band. Get ready to groove on the funk!
