Fitness favorites Rob Glick and Kimberly Spreen team up for a DVD workout that gives you options galore! This DVD is packed with 6 individual core routines: each one can easily stand on it's own when you're either lacking time or looking for a great addition to an existing workout. You can also mix and match any or all of these "cuts" to create a longer workout that attacks your core from all angles. You'll start with an upright warm-up that prepares your core to be challenged. Then, you can choose from a standing core section using a medicine ball (optional), a kneeling core blast, an intense Ballast or Stability ball core workout or some new variations to traditional core work on the floor.
