'Body Shop' is one of those albums that start out sitting in shrink wrap on the coffe table unopened until some odd evening or stormy day sets you in a mood to try something new, resulting in you giving 'Body Shop' a new home in the CD player of your car. Fans and supporters approach all the time with their favorite songs which mostly starts out as # 4 'Heart Skip Beats' and # 10 'I Need U', but gradually several other songs out of the 17 on the album began to move them into a zone that often have them saying, 'You know what? That # such and such be hitting too. I kind of worked around that until the other day man. I'm feelin' that album yo!'. I in turn say 'preciate it' lol. Body Shop does have a roller coaster effect to it in terms of it's mood and tone. Some songs have you two stepping, one might have you relating to the truth of how folks show true colors in the job world from a negative perspective, and then another one will creep up from behind and send the ladies to that musical place of sexualized ecstasy and severe urge for four play. The project is clever, well thought about and focused on pleasing the listener mentally, emotionally, and the physical is up to you, but after a few minutes deep in the 'Body Shop' you might not wanna sit in all that pleasure alone. Enjoy the album, get that seatbelt on, save the Vodka for the crib, go head and make that phone call 2 and a half hrs. In advance, press replay, press replay, skip to your favorite song, put it on repeat, and make love till the sun start spying on ya. Get that album. You'll play it over & over. Find out for yourself. Much love!
