Singlefaze : 4 to 6
Singlefaze started as a simple idea. Brian Hess, originally the bands front man, wanted to start a project that would last. He had two goals in mind; Make great music and keep Singlefaze alive. Through many member changes and position changes, both goals are being realized. Singlefaze consists of Angela Lopez (Vocals/Viola), Jeremy Driesler (Guitar), Ron Coleman (Bass), and Hess (Drums). It's current members have been together since July 2007. Singlefaze unleashed an 8 song LP titled "4-6" in May 2008. It utilized 3 vocalists and a heavy amount of viola. They were still trying to figure out exactly who they were, as there had been so many member changes just months before. Says Hess, "It is one of the most difficult things to do (as an artist) whn everyone is involved in the writing process. The style tends to change with each new member." But now, with a solid team, Singlefaze has developed into one of the best original Alternative Rock bands in the country. With the release of "Chapter II: reinvented", an 11 song masterpiece, Singlefaze is proving not only an understanding of their own identity, but that they are a major force to be reckoned with. Reinvented, as the album title states, is a rather mild word for what has truly taken place. Singlephase has undergone a metamorphosis; from a creature of young innocence to a now spectacular being of mature creativity. Singlefaze is coming at you with a new solid sound, a new image, a new album, and a strong sense of purpose. They will never stop pushing forward until they have been heard. They will never stop driving forward until they have been noticed. They will never stop driving forward until they have been realized... because, as Driesler says, "One great Rock show can change the world!"
