Product Notes

Street Entertainment, an independent record label in Mobile, Ala was founded by Brandy "Ratt" Burke and Andre "Dre" McMillian in the year of 2004. Two cousins brought up in poverty, money, and crime. Andre and Ratt felt that making music was a way that they could express themselves through others and at the same time make a significant amount of money to help people live a healthier life style. Sadly, Andre McMillian was gunned down March 19, 2007 at a friend house. Andre legacy lives on and will always be remembered as a generous and loving person. Andre shared dreams of becoming one of the most influential entertainment moguls in urban America. However, surviving the streets of Trinity Garden brought forth many challenges. Though Andre graduated from high school with a diploma he was certain that the streets could make things happen faster. Being surrounded by drug dealers and ex-convicts all his life, Dre became a product of his environment. With that being said, the hustle-game came quite natural making the streets a way of life. Andre loved the streets so dearly that he couldn't see that the streets didn't love him back. Those things didn't seem to bother him at all. Andre figured that once his music career got off the ground things would be fine and he could help people help themselves. Fortunately, Andre had done his in good deeds and was called home to God in Heaven. Street Entertainment continues the movement with everlasting strength and perseverance. The record label Street Entertainment is one of the largest if not the largest label in Mobile County. The company consists of multi-talented artists. 30-Below, a group which host members, Young Freeze, G-Boy, Waco, Collione, and Major Flow are all incomparable lyricists. Street Entertainment also has a host of solo recording artists. Kirkland "Royal" Haywood from New York City, Eric "Dubb.B" Wiley from Mobile, Jason "JG" Griffin from Mobile, the First Lady Raquel "Rocki" Munnerlyn from Atlanta, and Lafrance "Young Greedy" Harris from Mobile are all super musicians. The record label's artists have been actively involved in numerous projects. Members of 30-Below and Dubb.B have done collaborations with Interscope recording artist Rich Boy of Mobile. "Ball First", which is a topping hit song, was a callabo with the popular rapper LiL Boosie. Also the rappers "B.G" and "Gar" appear courtesy of Chopper City Records. The upcoming album "Poverty, Money, and Crime", which features the above rappers, will be released in June of 2007. This is a dedication and tribute to LaFrance Harris and Andre McMillian of Street Entertainment. We love you all, Rest in Peace. CEO, Brandy Burke Andre McMillian.
