When T. Biglane was a small child his mama would go to town and purchase jeans and shirts for school. Upon nearly every visit to the stores, local blues artists would be hanging around outside playing for change. While his mother would be inside shopping T. would be outside taking in every lick. This is where it all started, and it never really stopped. Born and raised in the heart of bluesville, T. Biglane has been playing in sweat-hole southern bars from the beginning of his playing experience. Down-home writing combined with edgy, bluesy rock riffs forms T's new South nitty-gritty style of music. As the songs on his album play you can almost smell the smoky bar and feel the southern humidity dripping off you. This is not a sound like your typical blues-rock project. Unable to afford regular studio rates, T. saved up his greenbacks, purchased a small recorder along with some older effects stuff, and recorded this album at home. If you have been searching for new music from the deep, dark south and desire a unique listening experience, this could be your Thang.
