TELEPORT are not completely unknown on the dancefloors, they made it again and again to bring on music, which make the people dance. Music with dance guarantee: percussive, driving and grooving. Teleport have outstanding production skills with fine tuned sounds, stabs and grooves which make this album stand out of the mass. Don't't be scared by the genre description 'trance'. There is no cheesy-mainstream-commercial-hands-in-the-air-warehouse trance at all. 'Werkschau' is a great example for trance in a very positive way. 'Werkschau' was written and produced by Gunnar Geisser, Sebastian Bendzus, Chrisch Schneider and Matthias Scheuer at Audioberlin/Tongruppe Studios in Berlin, Potsdamer Platz, in the neighbourhood of Europe's noisiest and biggest construction site. This is probably the reason for the tribal structures of this album. The German word 'Werkschau' means an overlook over the oeuvre of an artist and this is exactly what this album is about: to bring you the handpicked pearls of their past - and their present. 'Werkschau' contains vinyl milestones like 'Druck', 'Resumption', 'Sub-Stance' and 'Native Science', all still sounding fresh and up-to-date accompanied by brandnew tracks like 'A.S.A.P.', played by numerous DJs around the globe, 'Pump 'n Spray', a gentle groover for gentle moments, 'Zoomed Thoughts' a downbeat electro groover, 'Casino Royal' is a hypnotic masterpiece and 'In Mind' a trance anthem with vocals for emotional moments. All this tracks are handpicked, tested all over the world and definitely made for people who are openminded, boardercrossing and addicted to grooves and tribal patterns. This album isn't just made by looped sequences, a lot of the percussion is played live - and this gives this album it's special touch. In 2004 Teleport were the headlining underground act for the main stage at Street Parade, Zurich/Switzerland, where they performed live for round about 30.000 people. The Street Parade is since 3 years the biggest Parade worldwide, with more than 1,000,000 visitors......
