Product Notes

With influences from Hank to Hendrix, singer-songwriter Dim Wanker / Paul Sercu (F-Word, Tupelo Chain Sex, Faith River Worship, The Que)& Fast Eddie Borowski (Rory Justice, Rockin Ryan & the Real Goners)founded the band Thrasher Cadillac to make music without boundaries. The best way to describe their sound would be to take Bob Seger, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Lynyrd Skynyrd and put them in a blender. From the opening explosive Nascar themed title track 'Sakes Alive' getting airplay at national raceways, to the hard edged final 'Starting To Win' (a collaboration from Sercu, Borowski & Marckord), this CD keeps the listener moving. Rockabilly song 'Juvy Jail' and horn laced 'Detective' take the mood to new levels and western tunes 'When I Get Out', 'Albuquerque Calling' written by balladeer David Lear and 'Hoback River' a Paul Sercu instant classic, make this record a standout must have album that is rich in American music history. Musicians include Bass/Co-Songwriter Mario Marckord, sax by Bill 'The Mighty Jay Hawk' Bergman, guitar by Steve Garvey, trumpet by Lester Lovitt, guitar by Jesse Loya, upright bass by John Spazz Hatton (Brian Setzer), guitar by Greg Leon and multi-talented record producer Beachy.
