Hope Has a Voice
Singer-songwriter Tim Maggart's story is inspirational. "You would be surprised at the rebellious young teenager I once was," he says. He points to his strong relationship with God for turning his life around. Tim, now a successful physical therapist, minister, and musician, feels privileged to have been called to the healing profession of Physical Therapy. His desire is that his music will be an extension of that calling. "My hope is for the spirit and soul of those who listen to my music to be fed, uplifted and if needed, gently moved toward healing through the power of the God who has inspired it all," says Tim. Tim loves a good challenge and feels that nothing is more challenging than the craft of writing a good song. His first solo album, "The Man Within", was sold in four countries in 2003. His most recent project "Hope Has A Voice", released in 2009, reflects his eclectic writing style and is full of honesty and hope. "I believe my songs point toward the source from which I draw my hope, my Heavenly Father," he says. His music tends to be deep in thought and rich in melody, reflecting his varied life experiences. Tim currently serves as Worship Leader for Calvary Chapel of Columbus in Georgia and looks forward to the upcoming "Hope Has A Voice" tour. He is available for concerts, men's and family retreats, and keynote performances for professional organizations.
