When starting to record this album two years ago, I had been writing music for 29 years, hence the name 'the 29th dream'.My lifelong ambition, once a dream, now a reality. I've always enjoyed writing something that has substance and contains a unique blend of ideas and sounds. I avoid redundancy at all cost and don't consider it a mainstream commercial attempt but rather just my mind letting go the responsibilty of the songs and letting the CD harbour the material. I have always been influenced by the British songwriters and the place where those sounds bring you. I also wanted very much to provide a bigger experience with this album so I had my friend Scoot Griffin create a double-sided album jacket that contains full lyrics with an interpretive series of photo-art displays for each song. Just like an old fashioned album. Most of the songs are over 20 years old with the newest being 10 years old. I have a lot of material still to press and am 90% through with my second recording entitled 'leather and wood'. It too with have an artistic album jacket.
