TM Wright has always had an anointing and a love for music. His beginnings are very modest, and start with a small family church in Bridgeville, DE, where his uncle was the pastor. With TM on the drums, his brother on the organ and his best friend on the bass guitar, they ushered in the Holy Spirit and "had church!" In 1988, TM expressed an interest in the bass guitar and asked a friend (national recording artist Norman Hutchins) to show him the fundamentals. With just a few lesson Mr. Hutchins discovered that TM had an excellent ear and an even better "slap" and asked him to perform with him. During the eighteen years of TMs musical career, he has had the privilege to perform with "The Family" of Kirk Franklin and the Family, Dalon Collins and Darrell Blair (former members of "The Family") and recording artist Professor Craig Hayes and the United Voices of Trenton, NJ. He has also been an intricate part of various bands that have opened for such renowned artists as Yolanda Adams, Commissioned, Rev. Timothy Wright and Ben Tankard. In 2001, TM was encouraged to pursue a singing career, and is now stepping out on faith to walk in his calling. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the anointing within, he is sure to set the captives free.
