Product Notes

Artist Information How did the Underground Syndicate evolve? Dodgy and Synikal, founders of the Underground Syndicate, were working for the same company & discovered that they both had a passion for hip hop & R&B. They started battling each other while working via email. It wasn't until they had 60 pages of lyrics that they decided to record some tracks. That was the beginning of their success. From then Dodgy & Synikal found that a lot of groups consisted of mostly rapping, so they decided to introduce something that could differentiate them from all the rest. Dodgy & Synikal went out one night to a club and from a distance they could hear a voice that filled the club and instantly grabbed their attention. That sound came from the soon to be 1st addition to the group called Dirty. On another night out, they discovered the 2nd addition to the syndicate crew Sahara, while hosting karaoke. Sahara had a deep soulful voice, but when it came to her notes, Sahara\'s new strength & capabilities were amazing when she discovered that she could rap. Dodgy: Don\'t let the nickname fool you, there is nothing \'Dodgy\' about this Syndicate founder. Dodgy is the Executive Producer of the Underground Syndicate & produces in collaboration with James Spy a.k.a D - Booty. Dodgy has always had a passion for anything involving music, particularly hip hop & RnB, from Dancing, writing & rapping. Ever since this Supreme Syndicate was able to walk & talk, he was more then able to bust a move or spit a rhyme. Synikal: Synikal realized listening to Hip-Hop music was a form of expression of a silent voice. At the age of 11 he started to write lyrics of what he felt and was going through at the time. Even to the point where his bedroom walls were covered in lyrics, which drove his mum insane. His love for hip Hop is quite evident in his intelligent writing skills. Dirty: The United States is where Dirty discovered what his true passion in life was, he was working as a bouncer in a night club called Rudy\'s in San Francisco, one night the DJ asked Dirty to look after the turn tables while he stepped away for a minute. Dirty couldn\'t resist, he started to hype the crowd & instantly realized that this is his true calling. Back in Australia, Dirty now MC\'s & is ready to hype the world with The Underground Syndicate. Dirty\'s presence gives off a strong vibe that Hype\'s up any crowd anytime anywhere! The ladies always know when this Bad Boy is in the house, hence the name DIRTAAAAAAAY! Sahara: This young Diva was born singing. A gifted self taught singer & song writer who\'s warm, soulful yet powerful voice was moulded & defined by influences such as Mariah Carey, D\'seree, Toni Braxton & Alicia Keys. These influences drove Sahara to different singing experiences, one being a top contender on the nationally televised show Australian Idol. Sahara rare vocal ability has uniqueness & diversity adding a new dimension to the syndicate sound. Sahara\'s energetic performance & seductive alluring voice would instantly grab the attention of any crowd. This latest Syndicate addition is a story left untold.
